KBBC – Kathy Borja Business Center ("KBBC", "we", "us") supplies everyday merchandise to businesses in western Cebu. Our main office is at 117 South Osmeña Street, Toledo City, Cebu, Philippines. KBBC decides how the personal information described here is used.

• Enquiry and partner details: your name, business name, mobile number, email, town or municipality, type of business, the products you need, your preferred delivery day and ordering frequency, and anything you write in a message.
• Partner account details: if you become a partner, your login details, orders, requests, quotations, invoices, payments and delivery information.
• Website data: basic technical information such as your browser type, pages visited and cookies needed for the website and sign-in to work.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and contact you about becoming a partner.
• To set up and manage your partner account, process requests, quotations, orders, deliveries and invoices.
• To manage credit terms, collections and payments for approved partners.
• To improve our products, services and website.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
